NoDig d.o.o. is a Croatian manufacturer of professional trenchless pipe cleaning and rehabilitation equipment based in Osijek. Founded in 2019, the company builds machines that combine engineering precision with practical simplicity — the company's slogan is "Genius of Simplicity". Their range includes three high-speed mechanical chain cleaning machines (V1, V8, Mini6) covering DN50 to DN200+, and three epoxy rehabilitation products (ProLight, ProLight2, BSE Spray Epoxy) for trenchless lining from DN50 to DN150. All equipment is manufactured to EU quality standards.
Trenchless pipe rehabilitation restores damaged, corroded or leaking pipes from the inside — without excavating the ground above. The process has two main stages: first, high-speed mechanical chain cleaning (V1, V8 or Mini6) removes all deposits, scale and corrosion from the pipe wall; then, a two-component epoxy coating (BSE, applied by ProLight or ProLight2) is brushed or sprayed onto the cleaned surface. After curing, the epoxy forms a new structural inner lining. No road breaking, no excavation — and an expected coating service life of 50+ years.
NoDig machines cover DN50 to DN200+. The Mini6 is designed for small residential pipes (DN50–DN80). The V1 handles up to approximately DN100 for light commercial work. The V8 is the heavy-duty model for demanding municipal and industrial applications, covering DN100–DN150 and above. For epoxy rehabilitation, ProLight and ProLight2 apply BSE coating in pipes from DN50 to DN150. All machines are compatible with PVC, cast iron, concrete, clay and steel.

BSE (Brush and Spray Epoxy) is NoDig's two-component (2K) cartridge epoxy for trenchless pipe rehabilitation. Its key feature is a dual-colour formulation — the base layer and topcoat are intentionally different colours, giving the operator real-time visual confirmation of complete, uniform coverage across the entire pipe surface. This eliminates missed spots and ensures consistent coating thickness. BSE can be applied by brushing or pneumatic spray, is compatible with the ProLight and ProLight2 machines, and adheres to PVC, cast iron, concrete and steel. Suitable for both potable water lines and sewer infrastructure.
Yes — training is a standard part of every NoDig purchase, not an optional extra. Operators are trained at the NoDig Training Centre in Osijek, covering the complete workflow: pipe inspection, high-speed mechanical chain cleaning with V1, V8 or Mini6, surface preparation and drying, BSE epoxy loading and application with ProLight or ProLight2, and quality control after curing. After training, NoDig provides ongoing technical support and guaranteed spare parts availability — the technology is designed to be simple enough that you understand it completely from day one.
The Pipe Boy is NoDig's industrial high-flow epoxy pipe coating machine — a step up from the ProLight for larger-scale and demanding projects. Key differences: The Pipe Boy achieves a flow rate of 370 g/min of two-component epoxy (significantly higher throughput), covers pipe diameters from DN50 to DN300 (ProLight goes to DN150), uses water-heated hoses and epoxy with automatic temperature control for consistent viscosity in all weather conditions, includes a remote control for operation from outside the pipe, and comes with a 50m high-pressure hose on a reel for coating long sections without stopping. Like all NoDig epoxy systems, it works with BSE two-component epoxy and is made in Croatia.
